DJ D-NICE Makes History by Streaming the Largest Online 'Nightclub' During Corona Virus Lockdown - @millibell

“Many are still waking up hungover from last night’s club quarantine….”

Legendary DJ, D-NICE is breaking the internet while making history by hosting the nation’s very first hip-hop online party called, Homeschool at Club Quarantine. Starting just short of a week ago, his Instagram live DJ set had first reached 300 viewers, to now, streaming an online nightclub with a massive 150K+ virtual guests on Sunday. His live DJ session would be the first in hip-hop culture to reach that many people in just hours.

It has been a very long week for many Americans who have been officially held on lockdown, being stuck in their homes to help with the prevention of spreading the coronavirus. Since being mandated by officials, people have been staying home - some out of work- turning to the internet for entertainment to add joy and humor to what seems likes an never-ending solution to our nation’s problem.

DJ D-NICE decided to join in on the wave of crowdless entertainers discovering new and creative ways to showcase their work and stay connected with their fans.

“DJs have been deprived of spreading that ‘feel good’ feeling only music brings”

He used this time to efftortlessly create a virtual night club, proving that the internet is more than just a luxury in our lifetime. Friday’s class was such a vibe that left many talking about it the next morning. Jokes were circulated, connections were made, and big names in hip-hop culture were “in the building” dancing to tracks all ages can enjoy.

Once again hip-hop culture wins, proving that no matter what, it will never die. Over this past week, he has been representing for all DJs that have been deprived from giving their crowd that feel good feeling of music and dance. Not only did he have his home in Brooklyn in mind, but for everyone going through this moment in history, where all of America is facing a shutdown.

Our culture commends him for helping us all get accustomed to our new lifestyle as we find a solution to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Since his debut, many DJs around the nation are now streaming live sessions with their followers.
