Founded in 2016 by Jennifer Desir Hilaire, Fusion & Co. was built to connect local artists with their fans through unforgettable live experiences.

Jennifer’s roots in Orlando’s music scene run deep—from working at Level 11 Studios and Studio18, to curating events like Respect the Mic and TSA Showcase. Her passion for the culture and community led to the creation of Fusion, a space where artists could perform, grow, and thrive.

Since launching, Fusion has booked over 200 shows and supported 500+ artists through showcases, open mics, and creative programs. More than a production company, Fusion is now a platform for artist development—offering marketing, education, and consulting to help independent artists turn talent into sustainable careers.
