Fusion and Co; back even more focused and decisive for 2022!!

I am excited to be able to write this article about the platform that has helped so many creatives over the years. A foundation that prides itself on developing and nurturing the growth of the cities untapped musical and entrepreneurial talents. Arguably, one of the most difficult businesses to enter into, the music industry is nothing but rough unchartered waters, designed to swallow up all those that try and go it alone with no guidance or education. It is a business completely oversaturated with mediocre talent at best, being sold false dreams of overnight success, and run by greed and manipulation of the uneducated. This is why a platform such as Fusion and Co is a much-needed breath of fresh air in an otherwise cutthroat industry.  

After a brief moment to regroup, reflect, and reenergize, Fusion and Co is back with an even more focused and decisive business model for 2022. Live shows are planned for the entire year, with the first arriving as soon as March 29th (I love RnB), a tour has been added to the schedule of events, as well as a 3-day Fusion conference. Continuing with the objective of empowering and educating more women within the entertainment industry, a new group of talented women has been hired in various roles and will receive on-the-job training during the internship programs focused on a wide variety of industry-related responsibilities. Xeita Rodney is back in the role of COO handling day-to-day business operations, allowing Jennifer Hilaire to concentrate on the creative side and bring more awareness to the business and brand.  

The Artist Development program will kick off in March and will allow artists to choose from different plans that range from a 4-week program up to a more in-depth 6-month program that includes topics such as legal and business affairs, content, social media and marketing, recording, media training, and ultimately the releasing of your project.
