Anticipation is mounting as we approach Orlando's most scintillating night in music. This year, Fusion and Co. is ecstatic to present an evening unlike any other. Prepare yourself for Fusion's annual themed award extravaganza, with this year's theme being "fire" featuring a strict color code tailored exclusively for attendees to celebrate the vibrant Hip-Hop and R&B scene within our city.

Mark your calendars for November 30th, 2023, at Level 13 Event Center. The show kicks off at 7:00 pm and With music powered by B8TA and DJ Ayoo, Hosted By KellyV, accompanied by special performances from some of the hottest indie artists. Please adhere to the dress code, as it is a themed affair, and we encourage you to make a stylish statement. Fusion and Co.'s Team requests women to don red attire while men are urged to wear sleek, all-black ensembles.

The Fusion Team is open to all ideas and critiques, committed to ensuring the continued growth of the Fusion Music Awards. This year, we have taken proactive steps to make it our most unforgettable event yet. With a surprise headliner, expanded nominations to include artists from Tampa, Miami, and Jacksonville, revamped nomination requirements, and partnerships with other local organizations within the Orlando music community such as Orlando Media Group, Jai Yoko Ent, OC Development, Urban Mogul, and Fader2 Records.


Voting for nominees will commence on October 30th and run through the 1st of November. Be sure to keep your notifications on to ensure you don't miss your opportunity to vote. Tickets are now available for purchase, so prepare yourself—you won't want to miss it!

Awards Information:

The Fusion Music Awards are exclusively for artists from Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Miami.

Award nominees must attend the ceremony.

All attendees must possess a ticket for entry, without exception.

Performances:

Performers were selected prior to the announcement of nominations and were booked accordingly. Selection of performers was not influenced by their nominations. Not all nominees will be performing, and not all performers are nominees. Being a performer does not guarantee a win, and their performance at the show does not affect the voting process.

Qualified Artists:

We reached out to local platforms, requesting them to submit artists with whom they collaborated between October 2022 and September 2023 for each category. Each local platform is responsible for releasing a list of artists who performed with them. These names signify that the artists performed and are qualified to participate in the award show. Every artist on these lists is eligible for nomination due to their involvement in our music community.

Voting:

The voting process consists of two rounds. The first round will help determine the top 5 for each category, while the second round is done through the Fusion Award Board, and that will decide the ultimate winner. In the event of a tie, Jennifer Hilaire will serve as the tiebreaker.

Nominations:

Following the completion of the first round of voting, a comprehensive list of all nominees will be disclosed. This list will encompass the top 5 for every category, based on the votes. The top 5 for each category will only be revealed once all votes have been tallied.

Winners:

The winners for each category will be announced during the Awards on November 30th, 2023.
