Meet The Performers: Arei Moon
On June 12th, Fusion and Co will be hosting their second I heart R&B show that will be taking place at Soundbar located in downtown Orlando, Fl. There will be seven talented R&B artists taking the stage; and giving all the vibes of rhythm, blues, soul, and love. Arei Moon will be one out of the seven performers. This artist is no amateur when performing on stage as she has a history of performing in crowds, shows, and opening for celebrity music artists. Arei describes her sound as fun and captivating. She is best known for creating music in the r&b and pop genres! Since realizing her melodic abilities as a youth, Arei Moon continues to manifest her passion and God-given gift into a career. Descending from the celestial bodies above, Arei Moon is an American vocalist of Cape Verdean descent born in Boston, MA, and raised in Orlando, FL. Arei grew up most of her life singing for talent shows, performing at events, opening up venues and concerts, both national and international, as a performer, for major artists such as LL Cool J and Trina. Arei Moon has been the gleam of the prestigious world-renowned B.B. King's Blues Club in Orlando, Florida. Where she has bestowed the title of lead singer/performer for their nightly shows. Arei has also been in many competitions, the likes of which she gained stardom.
Such Competitions included; American Idol, in which she surpassed Hollywood and then went on to win the 2017 Orlando Idol Competition in Florida. Recently, Arei Moon competed in Season 18 of The Voice. As a member of Team Nick Jonas moving forward into the Top 17. These turning points made Arei Moon gain momentum to realize her potential and pursue a status within music the world has now become a witness.

AM: My musical journey began at 12 years old when I opened for LL Cool J and Trina in Boston, MA.

AM: Emotion, you can feel through any genre of music but r&b resonates with me more.

AM: Taurus

AM: I can’t pick just one! I go through phases of who and what I’m listening to.

AM: eclectic, fun, captivating
💛 What’s next for you as an artist?
AM: I’m writing more and going to be putting out some of my first own material. That’s pretty exciting for me.
